1-Day Seminar ‘STAYING RELEVANT’
mei 3 @ 09:00 - 15:00
How competitive pressure can be transformed into entrepreneurial opportunity
In today’s open markets, industry rivalry seems to continuously increase.
Consequently, entrepreneurs need to renew and improve to stay relevant.
Clients have learned that they can buy products and (digital) services globally hence many firms now face new competitors on their domestic markets.
However, this trend could provide opportunities to better serve domestic and (more) international clients.
In this seminar we will focus on the options you have to get (and stay) ahead of your (future) rivals. If entrepreneurship is the relentless pursuit of opportunity, then rivalry should be regarded an opportunity!
- To understand why competition is becoming more global.
- To know how you can turn physical proximity into added value.
- To understand how entering foreign markets may require you to redesign your value propositions.
- Hyper competition
- Value proposition re-design
- Staying agile and eager (relevant)
- Customer centricity
