Prebachelor

The Pre-Bachelor's program prepares students with deficiencies in their previous education for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. Deficiencies mean that the required courses for the BBA program are not included in the previous education or the student has grades lower than a 6 for the courses. Students with 2 or more deficiencies in the required course package will be admitted to the Pre-Bachelor's program. Persons who wish to continue their studies but do not have a high school diploma or the required courses can also follow the Pre-Bachelor's program. The curriculum offered is based on the courses taught in the regular BBA program with the aim of eliminating the deficiencies.

The program consists of one (1) phase, which is divided into three periods. After completing the three periods by means of tests, the student receives an FHR pre-bachelor certificate. The program is structured as follows:

Period 1: Preparation phase with a focus on study skills.
Period 2: Basic phase with a focus on the introduction to the learning areas: Accounting, Finance and Statistics.
Period 3: In-depth phase aimed at connecting to the BBA program

You can be admitted to the pre-bachelor's programme if:

You do not have two or more of the required courses for the BBA program;
You have a score of < 6 for two or more of the required subjects;
You do not have a high school diploma, but have completed at least the exam class of the HAVO, VWO, MBO-4 (IMEAO, NATIN, pedagogical institute) or an equivalent course of study;
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience and you can provide a reference letter from your employer.
